Whenever humans move, they always have to weigh one leg since they have two legs. When both legs are on the ground, it means they are paused and for preparation and organization.
It is unstable and dangerous, on the other hand, when both feet are floating in the air. Therefore, it is common for all martial arts training that one leg is stuck firmly on the ground for every moment, and the other two arms and the other leg are attacking or defending efficiently.
The following operations must be performed simultaneously or sequentially for the efficient arts:
i. Looking at your opponent's eyes,
ii. At the lower abdomen which is an origin point of four limbs, deep breathing is naturally done,
iii. When the muscles of the upper body do not check or collide with each other, the waist is sufficiently twisted,
iv. The axis foot is sufficiently lowered.
v. Other three limbs cover the fatal points of body in the condensed state,
vi. Move your center of gravity with another fast foot.
vii. Sprinkle the three limbs like an explosion.
viii. Repeat the above operation continuously.
YONMUJAE Taekwondo trains Taekwondo poomsaes which were practiced in the 1960s and 1970s.
In order to discover more effective, and more destructive, so that we emphasize and practice the following basic skills of martial arts:
