2. What is the lineage of Yonmujae?
"YONMUJAE" is a traditional-style Taekwondo school, which is independent and distinctive from Kukkiwon or World Taekwondo. Our official history since 1988 you can find at here: http://www.yonmujae.com/history
In addition to that, we would like to explain more about the roots of Yonmujae as below:
Our two founding masters learned of Taekwondo and obtained blackbelts from Chang Moo Kwan in 1960's.
Had it not been for Chang Moo Kwan, Yonmujae couldn't have preserved the principles of authentic Taekwondo and the spirits of martial artists through the founding masters.
Nevertheless, we do not have any organizational link with any association or federation which name after Chang Moo Kwan.
