연무재 2021년 제1차 임시이사회 의결사항 공시
집행부는 2021년 3월 30일 10:30 A.M.에서 10:45 A.M.까지 진행된 연무재 2021년 제1차 임시이사회 의결 사항을 다음과 같이 공시합니다.
연무재정관 제4조에 따라 벨라루스 지원 개설을 임시 인가한다. 지원은 벨라루스공화국 브레스트 시내에 설치한다.
지원장으로 알롁산드르 클라포쯔키 교수를 보한다.
상기 결의 사항은 한국 표준시 2021년 04월 01일부터 발효한다.
당해 이사회는 정관 제15조 (이사회의 의결정족수)에 따라 적법하게 성립하였으며 적법절차에 따라 성료되었음을 알려드립니다.

The Board of Directors of Yonmujae Taekwondo held at Ten Thirty A.M. on March 30th, 2021 at Yonmujae Head Dojang in Seoul, Korea and hereby RESOLVED THAT:
Authorizing Belarus Jiwon c/o Yonmujae Taekwondo in accordance with Yonmujae Articles of association No.4, Jiwon (branch dojang) shall be established in the city of Brest, Republic of Belarus.
Appointing Professor Aliaksandr KLAPOTSKI, a citizen of Brest, as Jiwon-jang (branch chief)
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the above shall be effective from April 1st, 2021, Korea standard time.
